Despite some minor inconveniences like a clogged toilet that was promptly addressed by the staff, their warm and accommodating attitude made my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat in the bustling midtown area. I especially appreciated the proximity to multiple subway stations, making it convenient to navigate the city easily.

The rooftop lounge on the 21st floor is a hidden gem. Situated among the neon lights of Times Square, the bar offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city's skyline, making it the perfect spot for a nightcap. The classic cocktails and relaxed ambiance make it a must-visit.

Everything was simply great. We booked an updated a double room with a not expensive continental breakfast. We loved its very comfy bed and brilliant views.

The rooms where reasonably large and soundproof, had smoke detectors for safety. Its location was central, close to Lyric. The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a very very nice area.

Wow! Check-in was a breeze with friendly staff and helpful service. the room upgrade to a higher floor was a pleasant surprise, offering breathtaking views of the city's iconic landmarks. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. Not to mention, the hotel's location was perfect – just a block away from Times Square and within walking distance of numerous eateries and theaters.

The hotel's billing system was a major disappointment.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and special, especially since it was my first time in the city. During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the complimentary birthday amenities that were provided in our room, including a delicious birthday cake and sparkling water. the spacious and clean rooms with fantastic views added to the experience. the hotel's prime location made it convenient for us to explore the city and its attractions.

We had some issues with the front desk staff. They seemed incompetent and misinformed us about the payment process, causing confusion and inconvenience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great time. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, including a movie theatre attached downstairs. It made traveling to all the tourist sites really easy. The staff was amazing, always going out of their way to help. They provided great room service and amenities like free wi-fi and a flat-screen tv. The rooms were extremely comfortable and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar/lounge area with a snack bar. I was impressed with how much the staff emphasized teamwork and customer service.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean family room we were upgraded to. The hotel provided a fridge and a microwave which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The staff was kind and left us a cake and prosecco for our special occasion. we had a lovely time at this hotel.

Loved the urban vibe and the Spanish-inspired Boqueria tapas bar. The Castell Rooftop Lounge was a great spot for classic cocktails. Broadway shows just around the corner. The contemporary mobile art installation added a splash of color.

Because of course, who doesn't love paying a resort fee on top of the hefty price? And let's not forget the joy of waiting 30 minutes for a lift.

The decor in the lobby was elegant and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of seeing the sights. The general areas were well-lit and had plenty of seating for us seniors to take a rest. The hotel's accessibility was wonderful; everything was within walking distance, and there were elevators to easily reach our rooms, which was a relief for our tired legs.

It would have been nice if the children working there were a bit more attentive to senior guests' needs.
